Once, someone lets it go. By the third payday, they’re still letting it go—but they haven’t forgotten. Raising it now means raising all of it.
It was good. Until it wasn’t.
We’re building Sharefully to help keep small uncertainties from becoming a history between people. The goal is to record care, review the week together, and make the hours, earnings, and each family’s part clear. App access is not open.

The app concept brings recorded care time and agreed rates into a shared week: her earnings, then each family’s contribution. Before it was a name, it was something Lyndsey said.
Lyndsey, a nanny, cared for two small children from different families. When both reached for the same toy, she said it the way you would say be careful, soft and certain:
“Be shareful.”
It was about more than a toy: a way of being together. She also kept a notebook of each day. Nobody required it; it was her own standard, and the day notes we’re building are meant to give it a home.
In our nanny share, the pay lived in a spreadsheet: what she earned, and each family’s fair part, which we took to our payroll service. Its job was to make the numbers make sense, to her first and then to both families. Getting that right felt like a responsibility, and it worked best when every adult did their part.
